If it’s good enough for Jesus, it’s good enough for me. You probably know what it means when a baby “doesn’t get their nap out”. It means they end up being grumpy. Regular naps are great for adults too.
When I take a nap . . .
I have more energy in the afternoon
I sleep better at night
I dream more
I am more creative
The consensus seems to be that a 15 minute nap is ideal. You may even want to try a 15 minute Caffeine Nap.
Most of us don’t get all the sleep we need at night and naps are beneficial even if you do.
